Return & Exchange Policy

If your set doesn’t fit your hands, your finish, or your life, we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original sealed packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

What’s Eligible

  • Unopened nail sets in original packaging

  • Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, no return is required. Just email us a photo so we can make it right.

What’s Not Returnable

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nail sets that have been worn, glued, opened, or removed from sealed trays

  • Adhesive tabs, glue, removal tools, or other nail accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or personalized sets, unless they arrive defective or damaged

How to Start a Return

Email hello@nailismo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us your nail measurements and we’ll help you find the right fit.

For sizing issues, we may cross-ship the corrected fit before the original set is returned.

For all other exchanges, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@nailismo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll evaluate the problem and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@nailismo.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
